Forest Bathing guided walk in the Dandenong Ranges Botanical Gardens

Date: Wednesday 12th May

Time: Meet at the gardens entrance at 11:00am - 2:30pm

Join accredited Nature therapy guide Rachel DeSumma on a guided forest bathing walk where we will be walking slowly, engaging our senses, exploring the nature around us. Forest bathing is inspired by a Japanese practice and has many health benefits. It involves immersing ourselves in nature, focusing on our senses, slowing down to be present in the moment, and noticing what is around us.
We will have a tea ceremony at the end and time to share our experience with each other.

BYO lunch to picnic at the gardens

Places are limited. Transport available for $10 from Kooyong. If you require a sighted guide, or will be bringing a support person please let us know.

To book email Rachel DeSumma at rachel@blindsports.org.au or call Rachel on 0493 105 800.
