Lauren Harken Brings Personal Training to BSRV’s Zoom Fitness Program.
Lauren is an online-based health and wellness coach that has worked in the health industry for just over 9 years.
Lauren has built up extensive understanding of movement, nutrition, mindset and human behaviour during this period and is an accredited fitness trainer, nutrition coach, yoga instructor and awareness coach, both in Australia and internationally.
Lauren is particularly interested in the mind-body connection and injury rehabilitation, transforming the health and wellbeing of hundreds of individuals during her career to date.
Lauren has an understanding of working with people with vision loss, having trained our very own Marg Shannahan for several years now.
FREE weekly zoom classes. Exercise in the comfort of your own home.
When: You can catch Lauren every Thursday morning at 9:30am for an aerobic and strength-based fitness session.
Classes run 30-45 minutes.
All fitness levels are welcome, no equipment is necessary, and anyone who is blind or has low vision around Australia can join in.
