Maurice, CEO and former President (1991–2025) of BSRV, is a passionate advocate for people with vision loss, bringing decades of commitment, insight, and leadership to ensure everyone is represented, included, and empowered through sport and recreation.
Rob, President of BSRV (2025–current), leads with lived experience, empathy, and strategic insight. With 31 years in a major conglomerate, his expertise and passion for empowering others make him a forward-thinking, transformative leader for BSRV.
Marisa joined BSRV as VP in Nov 2024, bringing expertise in finance, compliance & change management. She holds a Bachelor of Education and Postgraduate in Business and has spent 20 years working for a multinational across Australia, Asia & the USA.
Kerry is committed to inclusive sport, recreation and volunteering. She has worked as a Manager of numerous organisations and spent 10 years in the vocational training sector. She has a passion for volunteering and the opportunities they provide.
Susan has worked for Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria since 2006 in an administration capacity, bringing skills and experience she acquired whilst working for Vision Australia (formerly Association for the Blind) for 17 years.
After commencing with BSRV as a Volunteer in 2014, Jenny now coordinates our Volunteer program, while assisting with program support and adminstration. Jenny has a background in Marketing management and teaches Qigong, yoga and meditation.
Rachel is responsible for planning, developing and implementing BSRV's walking programs, while also developing and expanding BSRV's programs at leisure facilities. Rachel also assists with BSRV's Mentor and Ambassador programs.
Tegan supports the planning, development and delivery of BSRV's programs. With a background in Access and Inclusion roles in local government, Tegan brings her experience in community engagement and event planning to this role.
