Aqua Fit for adults in Dandenong. Join us.

Come and make a splash in this fun aqua-fit class for adults who are blind and vision impaired.

Experienced Coach, Rod Benstead, gives participants instructions that are clear and easy to follow. The sessions are varied and include aqua aerobics in the 50 metre pool (standing depth) with noodles or dumbbells, stretching in the warmth of the hydrotherapy pool, and occasionally exercise in the deep water while wearing floatation belts.

There as so many benefits to participating in aqua fitness including -

- Low impact exercise

- Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles

- Working out in water helps build strength

- The impact of gravity is less in the water allowing a greater range of motion

After class, everyone is invited to join us for tea/coffee to chat and socialise.

When: Monday's, 12.00pm to 1.00pm - during school terms. No sessions on public holidays.
