Join us for Spin Classes at Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria invites you to join a Spin class.

From Wednesday 13th April, get your wheels spinning and your legs pumping in an accessible, 45 minute, fun Spin Class workout!

This weekly class, run by Personal Trainer - Denise, is for adult blind and vision impaired participants. Suitable for varying levels of fitness. You will be able to set your level of difficulty on the bikes and determine how much you'd like to stretch yourself. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, or health concerns, and you are wondering if this is the right class for you, please get in touch to discuss prior to starting.

When: Wednesdays 11am to 11.45am.

Where: Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre - 1 Grace St, Hawthorn.

Cost: $5.70 for CAC card holders (apply in the gym with a health care card) $11.50 concession price, each Spin class.

Transport: HALC is a short walk from Glenferrie Train station. If you are arriving via the number 16 tram, hop off at stop 74, which is Glenferrie station.

Support: A volunteer sighted guide can be available upon request for the class. If you require assistance travelling, a volunteer can meet you at the train station upon request.
