Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria
BSRV offers a range of FREE online fitness sessions for blind and vision impaired people to get fit at home. Blind Sports Volunteers are also welcome to join. Please join us. It’s a nice way to keep moving and feeling great all in the comfort of your own home.
All fitness levels are welcome, no equipment is necessary, and anyone who is blind or has low vision around Australia can join in. Volunteers are also welcome to join. We love to meet and welcome new people.
Monday – 9.30am Yoga with Lauren (30mins)
Stretches and moves to improve mobility and flexibility
Wednesday Afternoon – 1.30 pm - New class with Jenny (30-45mins)
Working with the Seasons. Easy stretch, flow and relaxation class
Friday 9.30am – Walking into fitness with Robyn (30-45mins)

How does a ZOOM Walking fitness session work?
The ZOOM walking fitness sessions involve listening to an exercise session on YouTube, while
BSRV’s Program Coordinator provides verbal explanations about some of the moves involved.
Robyn will also verbally describe some of the moves prior to the YouTube video commencing.
Enjoy any or all of these sessions in the comfort of your own home via Zoom or telephone dial in. Help is available if you need assistance to join in.
