Chris lost most of his sight due to a complication from a chronic illness in his teens and became so withdrawn at one stage he feared leaving the house on his own.
However, after being introduced to Blind Sports & Recreation Victoria and blind tennis, Chris’s confidence and social life returned. As a result he has gone on to represent his country in international blind tennis tournaments and leads a full and active life.
A monthly donation will help us expand our programs and continue to improve the lives of many people like Chris who are socially isolated as a result of their disability. Monthy donations can be cancelled at any time through your PayPal account.
